When buying a home, it starts with understanding your needs — your budget, location preferences, must-have features — and getting pre-approved for a mortgage. From there, it’s about exploring listings, going to showings, and finding the perfect match. Once you’ve found the right home, we make a competitive offer, negotiate terms, and navigate inspections, appraisals, and paperwork all the way to closing day.  I will guide you through everything you need to know when purchasing a home, including key insights on local land and property considerations. Plus, you’ll have access to my network of trusted advisers — including a structural engineer, inspector, real estate attorney, and more — ensuring you make informed and confident decisions every step of the way.

The process begins with an in-person meeting and market analysis. I will join you for a walkthrough at your home and give you guidance on what type of small upgrades and fixes can be done. We will do a pre-inspection, staging, window cleaning, and more.  Then, with photos and videography, we create stunning advertising content and launch a strategic marketing plan to attract the right buyers. As offers come in, we negotiate to get the best value and manage inspections, appraisals, and closing details smoothly.
